National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) has revised the penalty structure on delivery default by sellers in case of chana, pepper and rapeseed mustard seed contracts. In a circular, the exchange also clarified that a seller who has got requisite stocks in the exchange-accredited warehouses is not allowed to default and any such delivery default by seller would be viewed seriously.
