Realty firm BPTP has decided to finance new purchases of houses at 5.99 per cent for a limited period till December 31. For this, the realty firm has joined hands with private sector lender HDFC. These rates will be applicable for EMIs for the first five years. Compared to prevailing interest rates for home loans, this scheme will offer almost 40 per cent reductions in the EMIs for the first five years.
