LIC is planning to segregate its agency force. The agents will come under four categories- Advisor, LIC Mithra, Financial Advisor and LIC Wealth Manager. Agency force will be segregated on basis of performance. Each segment of agents will be trained as per role specified by the corporation. The move will encourage change of role for insurance agents.
